Chinese phone maker ZTE announced on Tuesday that it plans on releasing its first single-chip LTE smartphone during the third-quarter of 2012. ZTE’s Grand X LTE will feature a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, an 8-megapixel camera capable of recording 1080p video, a front facing camera that supports 720p HD video calls, a 1,900mAh battery and Android 4.0.
