Convert videos using VLC media player

I used Any Video Converter for converting my videos. I didn't knew that VLC can be used to convert videos. During watching a film, I just scanned around VLC and found that it can also convert videos. Well it's a good video converter. If you don't have VLC media player, you can download it from here:

To convert videos, follow these steps:-

• First open VLC media player
• Then click on Media -> Advanced open file
• Or you can simply press the shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+O

• 
  
• Now you will see the dialog box as  shown below :-

• Add the file which you want to convert
• After adding, click on Convert. A new dialog box will appear.

• Here choose the profile ( the format in which you want the file to be converted )
• Press Start.
