You can now pre-order the S III on Samsung’s very own eStore. Samsung haven’t revealed the final price, yet, so right now, you have to make a token payment of Rs.2,000 and will be notified as soon as the phone is ready to be purchased. This amount is non-refundable and after payment, you’ll receive a unique coupon code, which you can use to adjust the final price. Also, if you make the balance payment within 3 days of launch, you also get a free Bluetooth headset with the phone. Just be sure to make your balance payment before 15 days of phone’s launch, else you can kiss your 2K good bye. Samsung price the phone at 40K at launch. In any case, if you want to be first in line then here’s your chance. Samsung also say that the phone will be allotted on a first come first serve basis, so if you slack off, there is a chance that you might not receive the handset, if they run out of stock.
The Galaxy S III will be equipped with some of the latest tech to make it out of the mobile phone sector. From a 1.4 GHz quad-core Exynos processor (1GB RAM) running on Android 4.0 i.e. Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) flaunting the latest edition of Samsung’s TouchWiz UI, to NFC support, the device is quite feature packed. Its 2100 mAh battery should also provide users with quite a bit of usage as well.
