SanDisk Corporation has announced a suite of new retail products that include four new USB flash drives and a high-performance memory card and SanDisk’s fastest, thinnest and highest-capacity USB flash drives. SanDisk also announced the SanDisk Extreme Pro microSDHC UHS-I card which is the world’s fastest memory card. It is ideal for smartphone and tablet users who want to boost their device’s storage capacity, while enjoying the fastest mobile experience. 

SanDisk Extreme Pro microSDHC UHS-I card

This new card allows smartphone and tablet users to fully enjoy their mobile device’s advanced applications. The UHS Speed Class 1 rating (Class 10 equivalent) allows consumers to record superior Full HD videos, even in 3D.

 The card is ideal for mobile imaging applications, offering up to 90 MB/sec write speed for capturing multiple photos using burst mode with a UHS-I enabled mobile device. With up to 95 megabyte per second (MB/sec) read speed, the card moves files quickly between host devices. The card is available in 8GB and 16GB capacities at MSRPs of  2,599 -  4,699. 

SanDisk Extreme USB Flash Drive

The USB 3.0-enabled SanDisk Extreme USB flash drive can transfer, store and share large files up to 10 times faster with speeds of up to 190 MB/s. USB 3.0-enabled device shipments will surpass one billion in 2014, up from 70 million in 2011, according to NPD In-Stat statistics. The SanDisk Extreme USB flash drive provides the fast performance that these next-generation computing devices demand.

The drive reduces wait times for consumers. It can transfer smaller files almost instantaneously and larger files, such as a 3GB file in 20 seconds or a 40GB file in four minutes. The SanDisk Extreme USB flash drive is backed by a lifetime limited warranty and is available in 16GB-64GB capacities carrying MSRPs of  1,651 -  5,189. 

Cruzer Glide USB Flash Drive

The drive is an ideal companion for anyone using ultra-thin notebooks that are often limited to 128GB of storage. The drive is backed by a five year limited warranty and is available in 4GB-128GB capacities carrying MSRPs of  301 -  6,161. 

Cruzer Facet USB Flash Drive
