How to start a blog

A blog is a personal journal published on the World Wide Web consisting of discrete entries typically displayed in reverse chronological order so the most recent post appears first. Blogs are usually the work of a single individual, occasionally of a small group, and often are themed on a single subject.Blog can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

That was a bit of definition of blog that I got from Wikipedia. Now I am going to show you how to start a blog on blogger. Follow these steps:

Have a Google Mail Account:

To start your own blog, you need to have a Google Mail ID. If you don't have a Google Mail ID, then click here to create one.

If you already have a Google account, you're already one step along in the process. Go to blogger.com and just log in with your Google ID and password. This will tie your new blog into your account, and you'll now see Blogger listed on you account page as a service you're using.

Creating Account if you don't have a Google ID

If you don't have a Google ID, then click on Get Started. It will take you through the procedure of creating a G-Mail Account. Simply enter your information in the required boxes and then click on create account. Your G-Mail ID will be created.

After Sign in

After signing in, page will appear where you will have to confirm your screen name. Click on confirm or next or whatever button comes.

New blog button can be seen on the top right corner

Now you will see a page. This is your blogger dashboard. Click on new blog to create one.
